    Sea Dog Fleet #166

Last week of official racing it Palm Sunday. Party follows at 6 p.m. And in other news, Peter would like to continue racing past Easter in April. So the oldsters (over 60s) challenge everybody else to team racing after Easter until the end of April.

Mrs. Ike sent in the photo above from March 7 (when we ran off the dock). Here are the rest of her shots.

Peter has been improving the new Sea Dog. For the latest description read this. For a new diagram see this. For the photos look here. The Dwyer mast and boom specs. For Full-Up and DIY prices. For complete dimensions. For rigging specs. The Sea Dog Flyer (courtesy of Barbara Dawson).

March 28: Another good frostbiting day. This time it was cold (as it should be) and the wind was quite adequate (averaging 10-12) and fairly steady out of the west. Paul and Mark held down the RC duties. Peter won three of the six races and three others (Morgan, GaryS, and Chuck) won the other three. A variety of WL and Triangle courses were run (all to port). Peter won the day with 15 points and Morgan beat Chuck on a tiebreaker with both at 16.
