CRUISE INFORMATION 2008
The Fleet Captain for the calendar year 2008 is Win Brown. Please
direct any questions about the cruises by email to

The first mini-cruise is scheduled for Sat & Sun June 7 & 8th
to Bristol Harbor. Moorings will be arranged by the Bristol Yacht Club.
Group dinner plans are to the SS Dion waterfront restaurant on Thames
Street.
The summer cruise is planned for Sat. August 2 through Fri. August 8th. The itinerary is as follows:
Sat. August 2 - Block Island, first come first served moorings in New Harbor. Beach Party.
Sun. August 3 - travel to 3 Mile Harbor, East Hampton, LI, NY
first come first served moorings
Mon. August 4 - relax in 3 Mile Harbor - informal beach outing
Tue. August 5 - travel to Shelter Harbor Yacht Club, Greenport, NY
group mooring reservation arrangements made in June
Wed. August 6 - Commodore's cocktail party
Thurs. August 7 - travel to Stonington Harbor Yacht Club, CT
Cruise dinner party
moorings and dock space reservations at SHYC or Dodson's, some available through the harbormaster week of arrival
Fri. August 8 - cruise members depart at will to destination of choosing
Fall mini-cruise is traditionally held on Columbus Day weekend to
Potter's Cove. Group picture and walk on Sunday morning. This year
dates are October 11-13.
